Pacifica Pizza
The first Pacifica Pizza was opened in Benicia in 1985 by Jeff Cromer. The Vallejo location opened a short 3 years later in 1988. He wanted to be able to serve an authentic homemade pizza that everyone can enjoy. To accomplish this, everyday the dough, sauce, dressings and pasta sauces are made in store. Every salad is also cut fresh daily, along with the vegetables.
