Leadership Vallejo is a personal development program designed to motivate participants to develop and enhance the quality of their leadership skills. Graduates will be equipped to effectively identify the needs of Vallejo and address them via positive community involvement.

Leadership Vallejo is now busy training a full-class of future leaders. Don't miss out for next year. Applications are accepted all year for the 2021 session. Only 50 applicants are selected to interview for 25 spots in the class. Be prepared to dedicate one weekday each month for a day-long meeting of information and training. Participants also devote additional time to work in small teams, each focused on a community-need project.
