The Vallejo Center for the Arts cordially invites you to savor the delights of wine and beautifully paired hors d’oeuvres at an intimate evening in the Empress Lounge. Master of Wine Vanessa Conlin, one of only 52 to achieve this certification in the United States and one of only 415 Masters of Wine worldwide, will lead you through a sampling of fine wines, paired with food prepared by Israeli chef Itamar Abramovitch, who trained under the renowned French chef Roland Passot. Ms. Conlin has served as head of sales and marketing for some of Napa’s most prestigious wineries, including Arietta Wines, Dana Estates and Realm Cellars. She is currently Vice President of Wine Access, a company founded on the philosophy that small wineries, often tended by a single family for generations, offer quality wines at prices that are simply unmatched by big corporate wineries. Wine Access was recently selected by the Michelin Guide as their official wine provider. Musical interludes for the evening will be offered by pianist Greg Rahm.
