Two members of Elvin Bishop’s Big Fun Trio, (Bob Welsh and Willy Jordan), with the addition of Timm Walker (of BeaufunK and Zydeco Flames) are the rhythm section and collective front musicians for the featured band at Empress Theatre Lounge in Vallejo, CA. on December 27th.

All three of these Bay Area cornerstone musicians have toured with major recording artists and performers, as well as fronted their own units to reputable noteworthiness. Bob Welsh has also toured and recorded with Charlie Musselwhite, and The Fabulous Thunderbirds, to name a select addition. Willy Jordan, in addition to being a current member of the Grammy-nominated Big Fun Trio along with Bob, has been a longtime member of the very popular Motordude Zydeco. Jordan is also the founding member and frontman of the very funky Case of the Willys. Timm Walker, although most known as a key member of The Flames and BeaufunK, has also toured with major artists. When these three bring their talents together, you get an extremely potent mix of blues, funk, and all things between, with the musicality of seasoned and versatile veterans of both stage and studio.
