Join us for a night of amazing food, wine and music under the stars in beautiful downtown Vallejo. We will be serving 5 courses of California/French Cuisine on the street on long tables for a wonderful community night out.
First Course: Chicories/duck skin/Hen Pen Farm egg/apricot/ charred scallion vinaigrette
Second Course: Molasses eggplant/crispy wonton/tahini yogurt/ black sesame
Third Course: Duck breast/black cardamom/cherry/Brentwood corn purée/tokyo turnip
Fourth Course: Bacalao brandade/garlic toast/pickled radish/watercress
Fifth Course: Dessert TBD by our lovely pastry chef Fran.
