New Year's Eve Dinner & Entertainment

Join us for a New Year's Eve dinner in the Empress Lounge catered by Provisions Restaurant!

The menu will include red wine braised short ribs, buttermilk and chive mashed potatoes, and roasted winter vegetables (beets, parsnips, carrots, and turnips with fresh herbs. A lettuce salad with winter citrus, toasted hazelnuts, fennel, and champagne shallot vinaigrette. Olive Rolls with sweet cream butter. Dessert is a flourless chocolate cake with fresh raspberries. A vegetarian option is available.

Entertainment during dinner by singer and guitarist James Funk

Jim is a singer and songwriter of the melodic British pop school ushered in by The Beatles and extended by tuneful Brits and Commonwealthers of the following generations like Sqeeze (Glen Tilbrook), Crowded House/Split Enz (Neil Finn), Elvis Costell, Peter Gabriel, the Poice/stink, Colin Hay, and more recently by groups like Keane and Coldplay. He adds an American voice to the mix of what he feels has by now become its own form of traditional music.

You can attend just the dinner and enjoy the entertainment or also attend the Camp Jeff concert in the theatre which is a separately ticketed event.
