Celebrate LGBTQ History Month by enjoying a viewing of the series, Queer Ghost Hunters, a web docuseries that makes fun of paranormal shows while finding real ghosts who claim to be gay.
In the process, the team unearths true stories of lost LGBTQ lives. Throughout history, LGBTQ community members were disproportionately incarcerated in jails and prisons, committed to asylums, and overwhelmingly employed in theaters and opera houses. These are all places that ghost hunters love to investigate. After the viewing, the director and producer of the series will answer questions from the audience.
This will be held at the Vallejo John F. Kennedy Library in The Joseph Room on October 20 from 2:30 - 4:30 pm. All attendees over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask.
