This month, join author and researcher Allan Gandy as he makes his second appearance with our History Talks series and presents on his latest published work on the Benicia Arsenal Clock Tower building. If you have ever wondered about one of the most recognizable Benicia Arsenal buildings, this is your chance to learn about it.
