It has a total of 15 tables and 2 large BBQs. The area has a view of Lake Chabot and is near the fishing pier. It is handicapped accessible. It is located directly in front of you as U enter the gate. GATE FEE $5
"Ol'Skool" Invitees: All Vallejo high schools friends/classmates, class of 1965 to 1995...& their immediate family members. Kids must be supervised at all times. Inviting others? Please be responsible for their actions & following the IMPORTANT potluck requirement.

EACH & EVERY ATTENDEE BRING POTLUCK DISH(ES) TO SHARE with at least 5 others (ex: 12 piece fried chicken for 6). Please consider food perishability due to weather. At picnic-end, take your own left-overs. Certainly, "generous" friends may donate extra-services & bring in bigger amount of food, staples.. or their blessings.. Do-it-yourself BBQ pits on site. (Note: Left-overs will be donated to the homeless shelter

"HOMIEZ IN HEAVEN" WE will have a Memorial banner with our loved ones' names that are now flying in the heavens. Angela created this banner more than 10 years ago and takes great pride in this. She has a special blessing that each and every star receives as they are placed on the banner. If you have someone you'd like to add, Angela will be available at the park & the cruise for you. You could also IM her or just put a post on this event site.
SUNSET CRUISE ALONG THE V-TOWN MAIN DRAG.. OPTIONAL PARK-IN & POST-CRUISE MINGLE AT Bank of America lot, 2120 SPRINGS RD. IMPORTANT: Be it known, the reunion organizers, hosts & attendees' responsibility ends when the park picnic event is over. WE ALL will be responsibly "driving" as we would point A to point B on a normal, daily & individual basis. Due to liability, We will be on our "own" & not necessarily on a parade formation. With safety-first & self-policing in mind, the "responsible & insured" drivers will be aware of the route of the good ol' days.
As we all do in a daily basis, WE obey all traffic rules & be considerate to others. NO burnouts, no exhibition of speed, no racing, no endangering the safety of yourself &/or others, certainly no driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol, etc. We're all past the rowdy days, aren't we?..
